
Materials: (for making chocolate ice cream)
- 5 eggs
- 2 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 cups of milk
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- one small package instant chocolate pudding
Procedure
- beat eggs until light
- add sugar gradually beating unitl mixture thickens
- add remianing ingredients
- mix thoroughly
- freeze
safety precautions: make sure not to drop anything on the floor. othe then that have fun! :D
when you are done it should look like this: homemade chocolate ice cream
Scientific principle: at freezing point a liquid turns into a solid.
